The Cape May Housing Authority waiting lists are managed by the Vineland Houisng Authority. Applications for the Cape May Housing Authority waiting list may be obtained at the Cape May Housing Authority office between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm, or downloaded from the link below.

We have only Public Housing. If you would like to apply for Section 8 rental subsidy, will need to call the office that manages Section 8 for both Atlantic and Cape May Counties. That telephone number is: (609) 441-3334

NOTE: Completed applications must be sent via first class mail to the Vineland Housing Authority, 191 W. Chestnut Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360. Applications delivered in person or via email to either the Cape May Housing Authority or the Vineland Housing Authority will not be accepted.
